抄火鍋底料是重慶非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn),它源起朝天門碼頭的老字號火鍋店,底料配方經(jīng)過三代人的心手相傳延續(xù)至今。抄火鍋底料精選重慶本地產(chǎn)的紅辣椒、花椒、豆瓣、以及十多種香辛料,融合上等牛油,運用獨家秘方熬制6小時以上。將新油熬出了老油的口感,還原了地道的重慶味。具有辣而不燥,麻辣并重,香醇濃郁,久煮不渾,回味悠長的特點。
食用說明:
將本品放入鍋中,放入適量水(雞湯或骨頭湯口味更佳)煮沸后即可燙食菜品,無需再添加佐料。本品也可烹飪毛血旺、燒菜、炒菜面食等。
